How to download en-us version of Windows 8.1 pro?

1) there is not language pack us-uk.
2) windows 9 still don't exist.

 

How about reading the very first sticky post at the very top? "The Windows 8.1 Repository".

 

Upgrade Assistant downloads the language corresponding to the system language of the initial system.
Any LPs are uninstalled during upgrade, because upgrade = clean install + user data migration.

If the system language (not chosen by LP) is en-gb, it will download en-gb.

Still got en-GB... another member said that changing IP proxy to a US one d/l's the en-US version...

 

I don't think it matters.. there's a pastebin link somewhere with links to the url for the en-US download and command to create an install.esd somewhere... perhaps your best bet

If you can get access to the store on windows 8, just make sure all the updates are installed if you dont have all of them then the upgrade option wont show up.

 

I think he wants en-US.

He is only being offered en-GB.

Without proxy you get WindowsBlue-ProESDwithApps-64bit-EnglishUnitedKingdom-X1897215.esd

 

With WZOR you get EN

 

is fine was saying how i got mine regardless of the version, spent a whole day trying to download mine as it wouldnt show up.
