How to download Windows 10 cloud packages?

    I do not want en-ru_windows_10_starter+cloud+prosl+enterpriseg+enterpriseeval_15025.1000_aio_10in1_x64_v17.02.02_by_adguard_(test).iso (I downloaded the iso already).
    I want example: Microsoft-Windows-EditionSpecific-Cloud-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.15025.1000.cab ideally from microsoft server.

    Is it work on old laptops ?
    I have laptop 12 years old.
    Windows 8 doesn't work on it.

    Who the hell would want to install this crap? I am happy with my digitally activated 10 Pro.

    But it's a sad glimpse of what is to come and what will become norm after 5 years.

    I know it is not RTM.
    I do not know how to download cloud packages (example from microsoft server).
    Where Adguard downloaded cloud packages?

    All UUP files links are generated when doing the upgrade, and stored in DataStore.edb
    you just need to be quick and grab them before they expire

    There is no specific Cloud edition (or Starter or EnterpriseG... etc) delivered with UUP
    only Microsoft-Windows-EditionSpecific-Cloud-Package, which contain the edition licenses (.xrm-ms)

    But where to take Microsoft-Windows-EditionSpecific-Cloud-Package?
    Upgrade old build pro edition to new build pro edition, include UUP link Microsoft-Windows-EditionSpecific-Cloud-Package in Datastore.edb?

    but the link expire in minutes, so need to stop the upgrade when it starts and read Datastore.edb
