How to edit "Windows is loading files" phrase ?

    Hi guys, I wonder how I edit this sentence? She appears when I start the boot from the installation DVD of Windows. I edit this file (E: Windows7/Boot/eu-us/bootmger.exe.mui) with the notepad and PExplorer, after save it inside the .ISO Windows using PowerISO and burn. But by the way is the same, not change anything, it seems that the file is protected or something.

    I put masking tape on my monitor in the right place and write the words on that. ;)

    Guys, I'm having a problem with the PEChecksum.
    After selecting the file and click Retrieve, copy the code and then click on Write .... only that appears the following error message:

    Error writing checksum.
    GetLastError () returned 5.

    What do I do?
