How to extract a cert from OEM DVD??

    Hello everyone. I was wondering, if I get my hands on a real manufactures OEM DVD, how would I get the certificate? I know how to get the key (use jellybean) but what about the cert??? Please let me know :D

    On the Lenovo DVD, the Cert was in the boot.wim, in the folder lenovo\$oem$\$$\System32\OEM\lenovo.oemcert.100036.xrm-ms
    And the key is in the file AutoUnattend.xml

    And on a dell it certificate was in SOURCES\$oem$\$$\System32\OEM\
    and key was in SOURCES\PID.TXT file.

    Yes, but that was in Vista. In Windows 7 PID.TXT file will not work, so it would not be there.

    So this Dell you are talking about, it was a vista or Windows 7?

    I was asking this as I might be getting the Dell OEM disk image in about a day or 2 from a friend who works with Dell. If I do get it, and I get the key and cert from it, I will be sure to post it in many places (after I talk to the loader people here first o they can start to integrate it into their loaders)

    I hope you can that OEM DVD fast from your friend because alot of localized ISO's are coming out these days. Would be great if i directly could use a this serial with installing instead of using the Lenovo one.
