How do you go about not adding or removing packages, but extracting them? I think Install_WIM_Tweak.exe can do it because for some people it can remove packages like Cortana and PRESERVE them in a directory, but I don't know how to use it on a separate Install.wim that has packages my current OS install does not. I do not need to extract/remove anything from from my OS, but I do need to extract a missing CAB package (part of Component Based Servicing) from an external/separate Install.wim file and then apply that CAB to my OS. I know how to apply CAB files, but now how to extract them from external/separate Install.wim files...
