How to extract .exe installers

7-Zip should be able to do this. Google is your friend.

 

I had the full offline installer for Samsung Magician 8.0.1.1000 at hand and checked - it's an Inno setup package and it was perfectly opened by, for example, Inno Extractor 7.3.2.535 Ultra (this is the newest or last version). But I can't imagine how it could help you more. So, if You think, it helps somehow, try it yourself.

 

For pure driver only go to winraid

 

Usually the program itself does not check this, usually the installer does. In case the manufacturer wanted the program to check the version of the op before starting operation, it is coded and then it is in some of the program's own .dll or .exe files, and you cannot change them very easily because they are usually hardcoded components.

Could you explain or is it possible to explain a bit what the real problem is, or why version checking should be disabled or changed?
If it were known, maybe something could be figured out.
