how to find my web camera in windows 7

    i installed a web camera USB in my 3 OS. Xp no problem i open MY COMPUTER and my device was right there. but in windows 7, no. at the right bottom coner say NEW HARDWARE FOUND and your new hardware is ready, but i can't find at no place..something is missing. somebody can tell me what to do to find my web camera in windows 7. thank you.
