How To Flash The BIOS??

    Hi Everyone,

    Hope i posted in the right thread. Ii'm looking for info on how to flash my BIOS.
    I'm looking for the info to be "NOOB" (retard) friendly.
    I've never done it before but would like to know ALL the steps that need to be followed (From start to finish) in order to do a full BIOS flash without burning the M/B.

    modified Bios or manufacturers updated BIOS?

    Also list manufacturer, name, and Mdl. of motherboard
