I installed Windows 8.1 normally and my user account is an administrator account, BUT it is the type that always asks your permissions if you move anything to Program Files folder, for example.

However, after I was messing with completely disabling and enabling UAC, booting with TESTSIGN ON, and now it seems I am permanently have "loadoptions - DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS" thingy going on... Windows 8.1 no longer asks permission to move files to Program Files. I cannot launch Netflix in IE11 because it gives me an error saying "You should not launch IE as administrator or else you will get this error". THing is - I am NOT launching IE as administrator, but as a regular user!

Somehow permissions messed up and instead of being in normal user-admin mode that asks permissions, I am in some user-admin-admin mode where everything I launch normally is actually launched as an admin! How do I get out of this mess and repair my profile permissions???

You need to undo your uac permission disable thing you did. You can disable UAC just fine by using the uac slider. You don't need to reg disable it.

I did that. I remove the DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS and I moved the slider up, rebooted, but that did not help me get back to my normal account... Permissions are messed up in this one!
