Does anyone know how to get a Windows 7 partition installed on an external drive via Bootcamp? My Mac Pro tower has all the internal drives used in RAID configurations so it needs to be external. Thanks!

Need bio bootable card, 1st and for most. Then check this link out.

    osx-hacks.c0m

It explains how to do RAID 0 BOOTCAMP w/ PCIe Card. Setup would be same for JBOD or eSATA drive. Just skip RAID config.

    Good Luck

You don't need to use Bootcamp if you get hold of rEFIt - a bootloader for Mac - it detects all types of OS and also finds bootable OS on CD/DVD at boot time - you don't need Bootcamp with it - the bootcamp drivers for Apple hardware can be installed in Windows after it is setup.
