    How to install Netflix app in Windows 10 LTSC 2019 the proper way without adding Microsoft Store ? Will updates work too?

    why not just install non ltsc if you want app support? using apps without the store is pretty pointless and just makes it complicated if you attempt to manually install / update apps.

    nothing about manually installing, backing up or updating apps is easy in regards to uwp, so be warned.

    Sure, but netflix app allows content download for offline viewing, which is quite useful for many people including myself
