How to install Office 2010, 2013, 2016 & maybe 2019 side by side on same Win 8.1 for comparison? - I know Outlook does not allow from multiple Generations so that's fine. - Also aware that of some side by side articles of 2 Generations of Office possible. Wondering if ALL are possible or certain combinations are / versus not? PPS: Once installed could they be activated via KMS? Even if not thats fine as its a TEST to check & compare some stuff.
2010 > 2013 > 2016 all msi works fine (at least on activation level) 2016 msi & 2019 c2r cannot co-exist 2016 c2r & 2019 c2r can, but worthless (2019 is literally 2016 v2)
@crashnburn Office 2016 MSI is easier to use yes, 2016/2019 C2R work with 2010/2013 MSI note: 2019 is blocked on Win 7 & 8.1
Thanks for those insights. - Installed 2016 via VL ISO - Easier in what way? (To install or use? or Both - How?) - Nice. Thanks - might have to try that. So no ISOs etc to download right.. C2R right from MS? How & where - is there an MDL tutorial I can follow to do both & then KMS them. - By design, but there seems to be ways/ tutorials to force/ get around. - One you recommend / link?
@abbodi1406 Trying to get into the nuance of how to get this done. I read it, but the question is "what steps does this entail" and on which Tool Yaoctri vs Office R Tool or pre install licenses via some KMS tool before doing Office C2R and choosing O 2019 or O 2016 from Yaoctri or ORTool menus in correct steps
@abbodi1406 @Windows_Addict - I currently have Office 2010, 2013 and 2016 installed on Win 8.1 I was using MTK for so long but it doesnt actviate all the Office Versions without repeated deactivation. Q1: Is there a better fool proof tool that will activate all of the above? KMS ALL ? Q2: What would be better ways to ASSIGN/ CONTROL/ CHANGE the Default version of Program between the various versions?
