How to integrate latest updates to windows 7 sp1 AIO DVD without bloating it ?

    How to integrate latest updates to AIO DVD without bloating it ?
    these not much space left to keep it with in a dvd size so needs to be the slimiest easiest update

    Download
    Integrate using dism
    Export/compress using imagex

    Should work.
