mine is a Gainward GS 1 g° ram which bios is locked on 40 % minimum speed, that's stupid as on idle I get only 28 to 32 °C which gives a fan running @ 2000 rpm not going below. I tried riva tuner like softwares, none of them is able to make it run under 40 % minimum fan speed. Any clue ? Thx
