How to make "extract icon here" file context menu

    I need "extract icon here" file context menu for exe files. how can i find this ?

    Get an icon extractor that can work via command line arguments and then add a registry edit to exe files passing the path of the exe to the icon extractor.

    I have already icon extractor and i added context menu. but i dont know it's command line
