    Hello folks,
just managed to get the OEM SLP for Server 2008 from Sticies.I have a Volume Copy but can't seem to get the Serial from Mydigitallife or anywhere.
    Code:
    MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.SERVER.2008.WITH.SP2.X86.RTM.VOLUME.ENGLISH.
    BUILD: 6002.18005.090410-1830
    FILE: 6002.18005.090410-1830_x86fre_Server_en-us_VL-KRTMSVOL_EN_DVD.iso
    SIZE: 2032248832 byte

    MD5: B9201AEB6EEF04A3C573D036A8780BDF
    CRC: 18243291

Also someone answer these few queries:
    1. Which is better Server 2008 SP2 or Win Xp SP3 from your experience.
    2. Is it more quicker than XP SP3.
    3. How can i make an OEM CD out of this Server 2008.
    4. Can someone provide me a Volume Serial for Server 2008.

Any suggestion is greatly welcomed. At present i am using XP SP3, is it worth switching to Server 2008 just for a change.

    1. Why do you like to compare Windows Server 2008 versus Windows XP SP3?
They are aimed at a complete different segment, eg: Desktop OS versus Server OS
If you like to upgrade from XP, i suggest you upgrade to Windows 7 it makes absolutely no sense to upgrade to a Server OS
    2. I doubt it, Windows Server 2008 is bases on the same code as Vista
    3. You can not, Server 2008 is DVD based, i won't fit on a CD... anyway the process is the same as you would do with Windows Vista, Windows 7, eg: OEM:SLP, Certificate and matching SLIC in BIOS (or loader)
    4. No, and no one is allowed to on MDL

Thank you for your reply FreeStyler: its just somewhere that i read Server 2008 having both XP SP3 features and Vist SP1: although the Kernel is similar to Vista.
Just wanted to get some take on this OS from any experienced Users.

My copy of Server is 1.98 GB , i already doubt it is going to be fast on my old Desktop. I have (Genuine OEM)Vista Home Premium on my Laptop: don't want to switch to Win7 any soon.
Strange their are stickies giving out OEM keys and people requesting for Retail Keys: but why not Volume keys that are generated by some keygens.

    Thanks:
