How to make Win 7 automatically check for updates&install them on every boot?

    Hello all,

    I would like to know how to set Win 7 to check for updates,download and install them automatically on every boot?

    Please hep me.

    win 7 only has updates available at patch tuesday, every second tuesday of the month, at 10am Redmond WA time (7pm western european time).

    But how do I set it to update automatically ,if my PC won't be turned on at 10 am Redmond WA time?
    To update automatically when the PC would be turned on?

    Windows Update is already designed to do exactly that.

    For including Office updates (non-C2R), switch from Windows Update to Microsoft Update. "Give me Updates for Microsoft Products..." in the settings.
