How to make Win 8.1 Disc ISO with Start Button and without Apps and Smart Screen ?

    Please Help me..

    I know that Non-official start button is available for windows 8.1.

    How to make Win 8.1 Disc ISO with Start Button and without Apps and Smart Screen ?

    I want no Apps, becoz i use Desktop PC.

    Make AIO install.wim
    Dism /image:Mount /Remove-DefaultAppAssociations
    Dism /image:Mount /Import-DefaultAppAssociations:AppAssoc.xml
    Use firstlogon.cmd (or something similar) to install (as an example) ClassicShell with a silent switch.

    It is already made....and in various flavours. It is called Windows 7.
