How to mod Gigabyte Bios?

    Hi all,

    i´am a long time visitor of this board, but this is
    the first time i registered.

    First of all, my english isn´t very well. I hope
    you guys arent ´t angry about that. I try to
    explain myseld as good as i can.

    To my question... i´ve read trough many threads
    about this SLIC things etc. to fully activate win7,
    but i couldn´t understand whats this is all about.

    Shortly... i want to mod my Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3
    with this SLICS things.

    What exactly do i need to mod my BIOS file?

    Q: Is there any Gigabyte certificate that will verify the current Gigabyte 2.1 Slic ?

    I have a gigabyte mobo and installed slic 2.1 from hp, and it works great :cool:

    I did something similar, and used MSI Slic with MSI certificate, but i wanted to know about the Gigabyte certifcate!

    SLIC 2.1 also with HP cert modded by myself, thx to all who provided method n info!

    I've also tried the Gigabyte cert with Gigabyte SLIC but no match, it doesn't matter anyway I suppose.

    OK guys, i ve mod my bios with the
    award bios tool with the SLIC and SLP
    files from hp.

    As CERT i choosed the hp cert.

    Now iam running windows 7 rtm, but
    i cant activate it with the the two commands
    and the hp ultimate key.


    What was wrong
