Calling DISM during the winpe phase i'm able to install the image, modify and delete anything even on the System folder but using DISM on a host machine to deploy the Windows image files to a vhdx like: Code: dism /apply-image /imagefile:H:\sources\install.esd /index:6 /applydir:\\?\Volume{c7e11da6-c49f-4649-b0a7-eb53125d35bc}\ /compact I'm unable to modify anything on the files copies to the disk. For example whatever i try to delete or modify i get this message: Is it possible to bypass or disable this and gain total access over the installation files on the disk? Im trying to customize my iso like deleting some things to make it smaller like, edge, some fonts, etc. As mentioned im able to delete them during winpe phase.
