How to reactivate Office 2010 automatically every 180 days using KMS?

    I installed Office 2010 VL and KMS on my computer.
    I want to add a task to activate office 2010 every 180 days.
    using the following steps:
    1. run KMS service.
    2. activate Office 2010.
    3. stop KMS service.

    How to write a bat file to make it?
