you will need to try and put partitions back to original state they are obviously not in correct order alos seems like you have removed the recovery partition.
You could try Acronis Diskdirector - you'd need to install version 11 in Win 7 and then create boot CD to run the partition recovery wizard from boot up CD. It is quite amazing how it can find deleted partitions and restore them - sometimes completely restoring even some time later.
