    Try this:
Go here and delete everything in there. Then try again for updates

    Computer/Windows/SoftwareDistribution/Downloads

    (OP)
    Deleted everything in
    Computer/Windows/SoftwareDistribution/Downloads

    and still no windows updates

I only have 252 windows updates installed on my PC. Am I missing some?

How did you do that without stopping the windows update service first?

Restarting (when done unforced) should finish the last started update and restart the system.

    ps, 252 sounds like it's uptodate ;)

I'm not sure if its up to date because when I use the WHDownloader, there were a total of over 500+ windows updates and I thought that I'm missing some.

Because it downloads all updates (also superseded ones and not needed updates)? Simplix puts in around 205 (including msie11+updates) and when dotnet 452 also is installed there are some 15 or so more and some 10 other updates, it should be appr. 250 max?

Off topic here maybe but I have never stopped the update service first and I could always delete the Downloads folder?? In fact I had never even thought about this until I saw you mention that in another thread some where.
