How to remove a program folder?

I used to use a canon printer and now I want to remove all its software from my Win 7 Ultimate.
There is one stubborn folder, which neither Win 7 Program Uninstaller, nor Advanced Uninstaller Pro can find, but which still is in the program list, which can be accessed through the start button.

When I click on it, it shows it has three files, when I try to delete one or all, a pop up tells me I need admin rights, which I have, but the next pop up then tells me I need approval of TDV-PC\TDV.
TDV-PC is the computer’s name, TDV is my user name…..

When I go to user account, my account TDV has Admin rights, and no TDV-PC\TDV exists as a user….

When I right click on one of the three files inside, and ask Advanced Uninstaller to uninstall it, I get the pop up which the attached picture shows….

How do I get rid of that folder?
And what does the Admin mess mean?
