    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:WIM:”pathtoinstall. wim”:index /LimitAccess

Change Visibility from 2 to 1 and then delete Owners subkey then try remove.

Likely isn't the smatest idea to try to remove completely Hyper-V from win 11 given how much MS is pushing the integration of HV components.

The recovered storage is minimal. And Hyper-V can be easily disabled at boot using

    bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

    or bootice GUI

(better to duplicate the entry so you can dualboot with or w/o Hyper-V)
