Likely isn't the smatest idea to try to remove completely Hyper-V from win 11 given how much MS is pushing the integration of HV components. The recovered storage is minimal. And Hyper-V can be easily disabled at boot using bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off or bootice GUI (better to duplicate the entry so you can dualboot with or w/o Hyper-V)
