If your System is fully updated then it's called 'OneDrive'.
    The name has changed recently.

To Disable SkyDrive/OneDrive in Windows 8.1/8.1U

    • Open "Group Policy" using "gpedit.msc" in "Run".
    • Go to: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components; and open SkyDrive (Windows 8.1) or OneDrive (Windows 8.1 Update).
    • In the right pane of SkyDrive or OneDrive, double click on "Prevent the usage of SkyDrive/OneDrive for file storage".
    • Select Enabled, and click on OK.

N.B.: This method will not remove/uninstall SkyDrive/OneDrive, Rather,

    • You can’t access SkyDrive/OneDrive from the SkyDrive/OneDrive app and file picker.
    • Windows Store apps can’t access SkyDrive/OneDrive using the WinRT API.
    • SkyDrive/OneDrive doesn’t appear in the navigation pane in File Explorer.
    • SkyDrive/OneDrive files aren’t kept in sync with the cloud.
    • You can’t automatically upload photos and videos from the camera roll folder.

To get back SkyDrive/OneDrive, just undo the process.
    :)
