How to remove the "Recommended" section of the Windows 11 Start menu?

    Hi, everyone!

    Does anyone have any idea how to remove the "Recommended" section in the Windows 11 Start Menu and replace it with a program launcher icon?

    Thank you!

    P.S.: I have not succeeded so far. :(

    I figured this way it would be more in view, not lost in the main thread.
    But, if it's not regular, you have to delete the thread. I'm not offended.

    It’s hard coded with no way to remove.

    if you don't give any feedback to they, then how will you expect they to magically guess what do you want for start menu?

    Probably hundreds of people have said the same thing but they are ignoring it.

    not really, I remember a lot of complains about the new start menu in Vista/7 and people was requesting to have XP start menu or even 98 start menu back at it was.

    Just an observation and I know my post will send the thread back to the top - but! The thread title is very mis-leading! o_O

    I clicked in thinking someone had worked out how to remove the Recommended section - nope!

    Windows 11 Sart Menu "Recommended" section removed.
