How to reset windows 8 to factory setting to give it away? Every time I do (reset) it, after the reset process, it just auto boot and go in to the windows 8 setup (like the first time you turn it on). I dont want that, I want it turn off after finishing resetting so I can give it to my friend as a new machine and he can do the setup (language, timezone...) as he want.
When the "Your display language" screen appears (if displayed) or Out-Of-Box Experience (OOBE) screen appears (see screenshots below), shutdown the computer by pressing the power button.
