How to resolve " SvcHost "service in windows 10

    BITS Service is needed by Windows Update, I dont really recommend to disable this service.

    i disabled it and no troubles with windows update (downloaded KB3074686)

    I'd say just disable it like you have and re enable when you're not online.

    You need at least 8hrs of sleep or I'm telling. The service is needed and just doing what it's made to do, I don't see a way to repair it. How many days has this been going on ? track the data for a day or two and post back usage.

    There could also be tiles that are involved which are live. Chrome will use Bits. Defender uses it. Look it up and read about what can be using it.

    You have to be kidding, you just joined this forum to make your first post and support a retarded thread that supposedly fixes a Windows malfunction? :rolleyes: BITS service is needed, one of the first steps on trubleshooting Windows Update issues is to make sure that service is enabled and running.

    Dude, the traffic you see is Windows update checking for update when your computer starts. It doesn't do anything past that if you disabled the new p2p feature for windows update.

    Don't retarded fix that, in reality, break windows features.
