do you still have the backup codes ? don't use this option unless you have **working** backup codes !!
Thanks a lot for your valuable time replying to my thread. What backup codes? I did not reset my phone yet, because I want to make sure how to restore these accounts later on inside the google authenticator software.
you can re-add them ... but you need to make sure you can access the service, with a backup code, and than goto 2SV settings, and re-add it using QR code ! or completely remove the 2SV from you services format your phone, re-add 2SV again, later easy explain I have 2SV on my mdl account - and I am going to format my phone MDL 2sv settings provide you a backup codes 2 option I have now a - I use those backup codes b - completely remove 2sv from mdl acc than enter 2sv settings, search for new QR for google authenticator open app, add new QR ... and save the new backup codes, in secret location !
