    How to run this script which changes the zone identifier.
    The reason is I unmarked a "Always ask before opening this file". I would like to re-enable the pop-up when i execute this specific file.

    This is a C++ source code. You need to compile it using a compiler, preferably Visual Studio C++ using MFC/ATL library.
