chompi just go in control panel and disable OS update.

    No need for special software.

angel: what happen when i disable OS update ? this SCREEN SAVER is not an update. i check combofix, but looks risky and besides i dont think is malware. just a company that want to force me to download his software and i dont know how to delete that download.

    - winkey + r, type "msconfig", go to startup and uncheck app
    - delete shortcut from startup folder in startmenu
    - if none of above options work then install avira or equivalent antivirus to clean your system
