I recently purchased an HP Pavilion dm4-2110sn, and has two graphic cards: Intel HD3000 on-board and ATi Radeon 6470M. I can't disable in BIOS the Intel graphic card and when I try to switch cards in Win7 it says "Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using Catalyst Control Center". All the required drivers are installed and working properly.
It is, but as I said it gives me that message. A lot later edit: I installed Win7 SP1 again and did not installed any graphic drivers, but I did "update driver" from device manager for both of the graphic cards and now the laptop switches instantly graphic cards as needed. Indeed I don't have CCC, but it doesn't bother me. Yay!
