    Hello there

A friend of mine gave me a win 7 cd but he doesn't remember what version is in it x86 or x84. Also, what kind of built is the windows in the cd.

Is there any way to find these two infos?

    thnx

look in explorer which file version the setup.exe has, so you can see also the build number.
To know if it is a x86 or x64 DVD, you could look at the Label. There should be a X in it if it is X64.
Or in the DVD Root there will be a bootmgr.efi file in x64 version, while x86 has only bootmgr.
Of course you can alos open the file Sources\idwbinfo.txt. In x64 there is an entry "BuildArch=amd64" while in x86 it should be "BuildArch=x86"
EDIT: Also in "autorun.inf" there is an entry "[AutoRun.Amd64]" if it is x64
