How to Unlock Drive & Folder ?

    Guys i forgot my IObit "protected Folder" password.I tried many times to unlock it but couldnt success. Even i tried it in command propmt,the result is same "Access is denied". Finally,i uninstalled the software from my laptop and tried again but same result.Plz help me to unlock my drive and folders.
