Battery i stuck at 0% it says charging but it never charges, this happened suddenly a few months ago and has been like that ever since

Now i have been reading the asus support site bios update and it could be fixed with it, the problem is it doesn't let me flash the bios without at least 20% battery

    I see your problem.
Only thing I can think of is to check and see if the flash tool has any options/parameters that will override this. Alternatively you could try and extract the binary from whatever package Asus supplies for this product and use an other flash tool.

Well... if it is still under warranty, then just RMA the laptop.

Other route which is also safe, borrow other's (same model) battery

you just need the winflash program with needed argument

    /nodate

create a shortcut at desktop and add that as argument to the shortcut

    have a nice day
