I have the 2016 version of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC and have been using KMSPICO to keep it activated. I have just downloaded the files to the 2019 version.

Do I need to do a fresh install and wipe my data for this? and then reinstall KMSPICO?

I'm not sure how to update my 2016 version to 2019. thanks

Backup your data. Do a fresh install and use KMS_VL_ALL
    KMSPICO is abandonned :)

LTSB 2016 can also be activated with digital licenses

    LTSC 2019 KMS or KMS38

Try upgrading with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019, keeping settings and personal files.

Note: LTSB (LTSC ) Activation Technology is different among different versions. But it is not difficult.
