Tried a the Clean Istall method (Virtual Machine) but did not work. Finally just tried with installing windows 7 and getting the Ticket. then went with clean install of Latest WIndows 10 (1909) without any network. this time the whole method worked like a charm.... Learned from it that Its best to keep the whole thing simple.
What method would that be? This is the method of this thread. Network is needed to establish the activation at the end.
Upgrade is still working from Windows 7 SP1. Last week I installed Windows 7 SP1 (in MBR, not UEFI) on an Asus EX-A320M-GAMING board, it did not support USB 3.0 and Windows 7 setup did not see the SSD, so: - PS/2 keyboard and mouse - flash drive with Windows 8.1 setup files and install.wim from Windows 7 SP1 - modded drivers for Windows 7/8.1 (Ryzen 3000 Serise_149C_Drivers_B3_Win7_8.1_SHA256) - activated with Daz Loader (no UEFI support, hence the MBR installation) - ran Windows 10 v2004 gatherosstate to get the xml - clean Windows 10 v2004 install and activation
windows 10 digital license ( on final computer ) install windows 8.1 pro and activate with kms_vl_all grab gatherosstate from windows 10 1703 iso ( source folder ) past gaterosstate from windows 10 1703 iso to desktop ( desktop from windows 8.1 ) and execute gaterosstate copy GenuineTicket.xml to usb key or safe place clean install windows 10 pro ( consumer iso ) last version with network disabled skip key choose not network on windows 10 setup screen install FYi you can force edition of windows 10 pro with ei.cfg create new texte named ei.cfg ( enable views extension ) paste this content [EditionID] Professional [Channel] Retail save and copy this file to source folder of windows 10 consumer iso ------ after install windows 10 pro consumer before activate network past GenuineTicket.xml to C: \ProgramData \Microsoft \Windows \ClipSVC \GenuineTicket reboot and activate network , reboot again windows 10 pro with digital license must indicated
I believe all possible scenarios are already published, and all became obsolete with the invention of the hwid on the fly generation tool, originated from MDL about 3+ years ago and re-invented about a year ago by the original authors. google for massgravel and you will find it.
yes , but my post was only for user that no want to use massgravel HWiD massgravel last version was 1.3 with windows 10 iot and arm support activation
Actually this thread is about the legit shortcut to obtain a hwid by just skipping the full upgrade and do the steps manually, for home (+n) and pro (+n).
Because if I wipe out the Win7 installation and the Win10 upgrade doesn't activate, I'll have to do it all over again... There was a lot of talk in the beginning of this thread (pages 1-6 or so) that online validation of Win 7 was needed before the upgrade would succeed in getting a valid HWID.
Online validation is not needed for upgrades from activated win 7, neither for the gatherosstate.exe trick, the subject of this thread. If it doesn't succeed, just google for massgravel and get your hwid after the upgrade to or clean install of 10.
It has to do with the version of MGADiag. The latest version 1.9.0027.0 never showed the line, for me. Try the older version.
hi guys. i need some help. i just installed windows 10 2004 pro on an newly asus prime a320 with ryzrn 5 3400g. is that possible to do the ticket trick by installing windows 7 pro on a virtual machine inside this machine, update drivers, activate it with daz loader and get the ticket? is this going to work? if not, what to do about this mb and apu as they are not suported on windows 7.. ?
Not possible, in a VM, nearly all hardware is different, so, you will establish HwID for the VM only. Use your favorite Internet search engine and search for "massgravel". The MAS tools can establish the HwID without needing any preconditions.
I apologise for this stupid post in advance, but I'm unable to move past step 2 in the OP's process. Where am I supposed to get the .iso? There are over a dozen stickies in this forum and none of them contain any kind of FAQ. I assume it's got to be in one of these two threads (https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...1-2-1-208-264-329-pc-20h1-2-vb_release.80763/ and https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...al-build-18362-3-xxx-pc-19h1-2-release.79259/), but ignoring the fact that I have no idea what the garbled mess of numbers mean, again these threads contain dozens of links to god knows what and a thousand acronyms that I've never seen in my life (UUP ESD SVF SFX MCT LP FOD WTF). Back in the days of win 7, you could just grab pretty much any .iso off a torrent, install the system and once activated, run windows update and you had a working system. Now I assume that's no longer the case as the current torrents of win10 are all very old and barely seeded. I would be really grateful if anyone could explain, well, pretty much anything - where does one get a win10 iso and what are the current options for activating it once installed? Again I apologise for this post but I was not able to find this information anywhere on here.
