Still working. Windows 7 Professional x64 (Daz activated) Generated GenuineTicket from 1709 Installed Windows 10 Pro 1709 (today 7 AM, India) Activation window was showing unable to connect to server, multiple times. Used troubleshooter=>we have activated your Windows.
My two cents to that topic: I found monday in my company an HP running W7 pro activated with a VL key (hence 100% genuine). I launched gatherosstate (retrieved from a 1703), and got a genuine ticket.xml. I then installed a 1703 over W7 (new install), pushed the genuine ticket in ClipSVC directory, rebooted and connected computer to LAN, and W10 was (almost) activated instantly. So, classic activation was still working 3 days ago. But I wouldn't bet that this free upgrade method lasts forever ... The only difference I noticed: genuineticket.xml is no longer erased fom ClipSVC directory. Hope it helps some.
This method or the the real upgrade for getting a free HWID will be working as long as the MSDM activation systems work.
genuineticket.xml method failed three times in a row on a G4560 build, yet w7+loader -> w10 ISO upgrade assistant finished successfully and got a digital license as usual on the first try. Hmm... I've had the genuineticket.xml method fail more than I'd like lately... I don't know if it's just a coincidence or whatever...
I always use the KMS > W10 route. I upgraded a PC today from W8.1 KMS activated > W10 15063. Windows was activated without a hassle. I like the KMS to W10 route because it saves you from reformatting an entire HDD or using a different HDD.
How can I have a digital licence (HWID) for windows 10 enterprise , is it possible? Will it be sold? I have a 8.1 enterprise activated with mak key(and phone activation) from internet. I am a insider preview user since the first time : but it is updated to w10 pro (HWID)
Hello everyone, I want to share with you, Since I had been testing past over DEC. 31 2017 to almost ending Jan 31st 2018 and Still working later than expired dates!. I had successfully with several computers. Please read darn carefully. 1a.) If you are existing Windows 7 or 8 user? Please backup everything on External drive. or 1b.) If you are installing Fresh Windows 7 Pro or later with DAZ loader, (NO UEFI) you are in luck! 2.) Use Windows 10 (1703) or older and grab gatherosstate.exe files in the ISO or DVD disc. IMPORTANT. (** Note ** Get clean ISO image from good site that has NO modification or Hewbroew.) 3.) Copy the gatherosstate.exe from Windows 10 and place into USB stick. 4.) Now as 1a or 1b whatever you are. For 1a. You must backup your stuff. Then place your USB stick that has gatherosstate.exe in there. create folder on your Desktop screen "Windows 10 Upgrade" copy the gatherosstate.exe into Windows 10 Upgrade folder then fire the gatherosstate.exe tools, give a time and you will see GenuineTicket.xml and copy into USB Stick, you will need it.. 5.) DISCONNECT Internet (Keep disable!) Best disconnect cat 5e or do not use WIFI yet keep offline! 6.) Boot up USB OS Windows 10 installer, then Click "I don't have product key" (Do not insert product key!) ** Make sure you delete all partitions, I mean ALL PARTITIONS! 7.) Copy GenuineTicket.xml from USB Stick to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\ClipSVC\GenuineTicket\ of your w10 installation and reboot again. 8.) Connect online, it should activate. Then check see it activated. Note for UEFI newer bios for Windows 8/8.1/10, you can enable it, However make sure you follow #5 thru 8 and will Activated!! Good LUCK to all. I had tested my self with Non UEFI and Non-UEFI too!

you can get digital license using win10 enterprise if the activation is done online (with a win10 enterprise mak license key).
getting error when activating using genuineticket.xml. installed drivers on win7 for gpu still wasn't successful, i still have the ticket is it possible to activate without reinstalling win7 or 10 PC config amd phenom 2 gt 610 8gb ram 2tb hdd EDIT: Got it working, did a restart and did slmgr -ato
Activation is done online with a win10 enterprise mak license key insert , no phone activation. After reformatted to pc : does not activated without insert key again. I want to HWID
This thread is about using the gatherosstate.exe to generate a genuinteticket.xml and by using it you can skip doing a real update, no keys involved in this thread.
yes after doing a clean install, win10 enteprise won't be activated, you will have to insert win10 enterprise generic key or any win10 enterprise key and you will get the activation back with digital license back as well.
I tried that, didn't activated.. so, I went back 1703 and it works, I dunno know why? But seem once I upgrade 1703 --> 1709 and it works fine. Weird..
