    HI,

i am using a mid-2012 MacBook Air with OSX 10.9.5.

The other OS on board installed via Boot Camp is 64-bit Windows 8.1 Pro, activated using the KMS way via MTK app (ver 2.1.1, i think) downloaded from this forum.

Have got the windows 10 message bugging me to upgrade when i am in Win8 environment.

Question is can I do the upgrade when I am in Windows 8 or must I start from OSX and load Boot Camp? If I have to do it in OSX, how do I access the Microsoft software that will allow me to upgrade Windows to Win10?

If I do it from Windows 8, will the upgrade follow through to full upgrade to win10 AND stay activated?

    Pls advise.

From your w8.1 pro, mount your w10 pro ISO(preferably w10586 pro ISO), and run setup as Admin, and you should be able to upgrade to w10 and stay activated.
