How to use GUID?

    I downloaded a file called GUID.rar from this forum all about Windows 7 but now I can't recognize where I downloaded it from.

    Anyone can post the link and tell me how to use GUID if the link doesn't show?

    GUID.rar was a VB source file I made with help from a few others to install a loader via GUIDs.
