Hi, i was asking me why my metro apps stopped working after a period of time / some restarts. The solution is NOT the Display-Resolution, because after a reinstall of Win8 DP they're working again. The solution: fully disabled UAC (with reg-hack) will make them stop working. You can tap them and they will show the Splash-Screen but nothing more. After re-enabling UAC to the second lowest setting and doing a restart, disabling it via the controls panel (not fully like the reg-hack), doing a second restart, they're now working fine! hope that helps some of you
