howto retrieve files from imagebackup

    it's all in the title, could not work it out with winrar... I desperately need to extract the "documents" directory from a previous install.

    Is it assigned a drive letter ?.

    Make sure it's local - In the results pane, right-click the virtual disk that you want to mount locally, point to Disk Access, and then click Mount Read/Write.

    When looking at the BU, have you just tried to use browse for folders and then on folder browse for files.
