    What do you mean? It doesn't work in W10 alone, it doesn't work at all?

    In the second case very likely you have a broken membrane.

    You've got two Shift keys on your keyboard and you can always make use of the other one when one of then has gone bad. If you aren't satisfied with that you can replace it altogether.

    laptop comes with windows 8.1 , after upgrade to windows 10 keyboard do not works properly. Thanks for any help

    Boot using a Linux LiveCD or USB or even WinPE and test the key. If it still doesn't work you'll know it's not the OS' fault.
