    hi.

    how to activate windows vista ultimate on my hp 6830s notebook?
    i have the lastest bios version.

    what is activation method?

    Hello!
    I have a HP 6830s laptop and I also have a problem with activating Windows Vista Ultimate SP1.. I have tried many activators but none of them really worked. Even if I enter a serial number nothing happens,well it shows a error. So now Im asking you.. Which way is the correct way to activate Vista? I also made a OEM disk and reinstall Vista but it is still not activated and this drives my crazy:mad: Any suggestions how to make my Vista genuie:rolleyes:?

    have you tried activating with WoW6 on laptop?
    does this procedure make Vista genuie:)?

    Remove any traces of the activators or bootloaders. You need to install the HP cert and serial. You will get the error if you dont install from an elevated comand prompt. Right click on the command prompt, run as admin. Enter the commands to install the cert and serial.

    Do not use the crazy pre-activated dvd from the torrents. They have bootloaders integrated most often.

    Could you elaborate on the attempts you made to activate.

    Tnx! I unlocked SLIC with WoW and then typed comands in cmd.. And now, my Vista is activated:rolleyes::cool:
    Hope that it will remain in this state:) Tnx to everybody!!

    Hello Alessh! I also have HP 6830s. Can u please explain step by step if it is possibel how to activate vista. Which wow, or vistaloader did you use. I have tried so many things and still no genuine... Please help!

    Hi, guys.. I saw this thread and read it all, but I'm not expert in this so i didn't get it all. I also have HP 6830s laptop with vista on it (version with installed ac*ivator) and I can't get it activated. Can you tell me step by step how can I do that and which files I need. Thanks in advance.
