Hey there, technician here that needs help.

Symptoms - Device turns on to an extent. There is absolutely no display at any time. The fan spins and most of the lights on the keyboard will come on once turned on. Two blinks followed by a pause and then repeat which I have learned is a corrupted BIOS.

I have downloaded the correct BIOS .exe (SP47531)
I have unzipped it and retrieved 3635F13.FD (This device is 3635-200 under battery)
Running this through Phoenix Mod Tool 2.56 did not give me DEC or SIG files
I assume this is because I dont need these?
I have prepared a USB drive with the current BIOS UPDATE UEFI
That game me HP_TOOLS usb and I renamed 3635F13 to both 3635.FD and 3635.BIN
Put both of these files in Current / New / Previous
None of this has worked so far and to be honest this is the 20th or so try at this after 2 days of reading into this problem. The farthest I did get was putting the original file retrieved and the two I renamed all into the USB root and it attempted (I assume because there were more beeps as I put more files on the USB) to search for the file but after the beeps it will restart and just sit there for hours.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try older versions. posibly add a 0 in front of filenumber name.
    try 1 ram stick.
