When I connect ethernet cable to my HP Envy 15 J150US laptop's RJ-45 port there are no connectivity issues, internet connection works fine, but there is only one led (activity light) flashing, another led (link light) never lights up, it is permanently off. That led was unlit from the first time I've connected ethernet cable to my laptop, not that it has stopped working. I have 100 Mbps ethernet connection. I would appreciate if anyone could help me understand what is wrong with that led. Thanks.
