    im looking for a place where i can download a copy of the restore dvd pref 3.0 for hp mediasmart ex487.

    does anyone knows where can i download them.

    I'm still looking for it myself, I only was able to find the restore to the 495/490 torrent but unfortunately there's no seeders. Also still trying to locate the 3.0 update for the 47x series as i already have the 47x restore iso.

    Can't tell you where to get a restore DVD but if you want HP Mediasmart 3.0 files just try a different computer on HP's support site. I have a dv6 laptop and the Mediasmart 3.0/3.1 files are available for it and they work on my dv2410 and IQ546 :cool:

    Does it come on a certain HP model. I might purchase one, grab the files, send it back.
