I'm trying to recover from a bad flash on my HP Pavilion dv7-4065dx. I deleted my HP TOOLS parition to do the flash so that's gone. I've searched the Internet for days for solutions and I feel like I've tried them all WINCRISiS disk 4GB stick with correct paths Renaming the.BIN files Paritioned the 4GB stick to 200mb because I read that it cant read that big of a stick Everything under the sun Either I am doing something completely wrong or this thing is fried Does anyone have any experience with this or can advise? thanks in advance.
Perhaps you need the .sig file, but the .sig file is in the HP recover partition, try to get one from another dv7-4065dv and put in and the bin file in a pendrive created with HP BIOS Update UEFI tool.
