Hp Pavilion Slimline s3220n PC. Trying to assist a senior from buying a new PC. Problem malware infected and supposed to have visa home premium installed it has Win 7 with the not genuine flag. I want to install to factory spec's. Owner never made restore disk and is not pc literate at all. Need adivice on best assisting this person. The computer does work? What is the best way to reload the system to factory setting without a restore disk thank you so much in advance
